Returns & Refunds Policy
Sometimes a jacket fits differently than expected or a duffel turns out bigger than your trip needs. If something is not right, you have 30 days to send it back, and return shipping is on us.
- Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order
- Return shipping: free, with a prepaid label we email after approval
- Our reply: within 1–2 business days of your request
- Refund timing: 2–5 business days after we inspect your return
What Can Come Back
To be eligible, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the date you received them
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email. Every return must be approved by our team before you ship it. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Your Return, Step by Step
- Email us. Send your order number and the items you want to return to [email protected].
- Wait for approval. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
- Get your label. Once approved, we email return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Ship it back. Pack the items securely, attach the label and drop off the parcel. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is issued.
- We inspect. When the package reaches us, we check that the items meet the conditions above.
- You get refunded. We issue your refund and send you an email confirmation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we inspect your return, back to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or the return is due to our error.
Need a Different Size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want. Our Size Guide can help you pick the right fit the second time around.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no extra cost to you. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

- This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
